Introduced for the first time in 1989, the Vienna Philharmonic is the most successful investment coin in Europe. The front of the coin depicts the famous Wiener Musikverein concert hall and the back side features instruments of the Vienna Philharmonic including a Viennese horn, bassoon, harp and four violins centered on a cello. It is produced by the Austrian Mint (Münze Österreich).
